It is a huge period for Kingsthorpe Jets, with teams from right across the club reaching cup finals and showcasing the hard work, quality and determination that has gone into the season. From our girls’ teams and ladies side to our boys’ teams, Jets are preparing for a series of big occasions and memorable days in the weeks ahead.
Finals football is always special. It is a reward for the commitment shown by players, coaches and families throughout the campaign, and to have so many teams representing the club at this stage is a fantastic achievement. Every one of these squads has earned its moment on the big stage, and the whole club can be proud of what has already been achieved.
Here is a look at the finals ahead for Kingsthorpe Jets:
U11 Comets begin the finals run on Saturday 25 April 2026, taking on Kettering FC Youth in the NTFA U11 Girls Cup Final. Kick-off is at 9:30am at Wellingborough Whitworth FC, and it promises to be a brilliant occasion for a young side that has worked so hard to reach this stage.
Ladies are in action on Sunday 26 April 2026, when they face Corby Town FC Ladies in the NTFA Women’s Cup Final. Kick-off is at 2:30pm at Wellingborough Whitworth FC, with the team aiming to cap off a fantastic cup run by bringing home the silverware.
Hurricanes are next up on Saturday 9 May 2026 as they take on Crick Colts FC in the NDYAL U13 Plate Final. The match kicks off at 2:30pm at Bugbrooke St Michael FC, where the team will be hoping to produce a big performance on finals day.
Harriers have their turn on Saturday 16 May 2026, facing AFC Rushden & Diamonds in the NW&GFL U14 Cup Final. Kick-off is at 3:15pm at Corby Town FC, Steel Park, giving the side a fantastic opportunity to compete for silverware on a big stage.
Typhoons are in action on Sunday 17 May 2026 against Kettering Town FC in the NW&GFL U13 Plate Final. Their final kicks off at 1:30pm at Corby Town FC, Steel Park, and the team will be looking to make the most of their well-earned place in the final.
Prodigy also play on Sunday 17 May 2026, taking on Roade FC in the NW&GFL U15 Plate Final. Kick-off is at 5:00pm at Corby Town FC, Steel Park, rounding off what should be an exciting day of finals football for the club.
Sabres complete the finals line-up on Saturday 23 May 2026, when they face Moulton Magpies Whites in the NFA CC U14 Trophy Final. Kick-off is at 3:00pm at NTFC Sixfields Stadium, which will make it an even more special occasion for the team as they step out at one of the area’s standout venues.
We also recognise the efforts of our Reserves, who reached the League 4 Cup Final against Woodford United A and finished as runners-up. Getting to a final is an achievement in itself, and they should be proud of their cup run.
