Regional FA Young Volunteer of the Year

We have just been informed that Cameron Marshall, in addition to Northamptonshire FA Young Volunteer of the Year has also won the Regional FA Young Volunteer of the Year and now goes forward to the National Finals. This is fantastic news for Cameron and on behalf of everyone involved in the club a massive congratulations and good luck in the National Final!!!!! Truly well deserved.

Northamptonshire FA Young Volunteer

The club officials, players, parents and carers of Kingsthorpe Jets Youth Football would like to congratulate Cameron Marshall for being awarded the Northamptonshire FA Young Volunteer of the Year.

The awards are for people that go above and beyond to enhance grassroots football, with volunteers in each county awarded for their services to the game. Commencing with a county ceremony, winners are then shortlisted for regional and national award ceremonies, with the national event taking place at Wembley Stadium prior to next season’s FA Community Shield fixture.

On hearing of the award Cameron said, “Thanks so much for all of your messages today. It really is appreciated. I didn’t even know I’d been nominated until I found out I’d won the award so it was a very pleasant surprise. Please can I say a special thanks to Terry for submitting the nomination and to everyone at Kingsthorpe Jets for the help and support you have given me since I joined. I really enjoy being part of the club and am already looking forward to a successful season with the Jaguars as U9s.”

Just a note to congratulate you for also winning the Regional Young Volunteer of The Year yesterday!!!!!
