There is a meeting at Dallington Gym 6th March 2017 for the latest development plans.

8pm start for the people involved.

Below are the latest updates on the club development.

A full development plan has been completed covering actions for the next 4 years. The overall objective is to ensure the club’s objective of ‘Safe Soccer’ for is maintained from the moment those kids enter the club at Under 7 level right through to Under 18 and then on into adult football. The plan covers the following categories:

      Growth & Retention
      Raising Standards
      Better Players
      Running the Game
      Workforce Development
      Facility Development


      The club is discussing options with a number of adult clubs on the best way to provide a pathway into a strong standar...

KJYFC Manager wins Northamptonshire and Regional FA Young Volunteer of the Year

Regional FA Young Volunteer of the Year

We have just been informed that Cameron Marshall, in addition to Northamptonshire FA Young Volunteer of the Year has also won the Regional FA Young Volunteer of the Year and now goes forward to the National Finals. This is fantastic news for Cameron and on behalf of everyone involved in the club a massive congratulations and good luck in the National Final!!!!! Truly well deserved.

KJYFC Harriers Win Under 18 County Cup Final!!!!!

Steve Whitelaw, the very proud manager of the Harriers provided the following match report:

“My team took an early 2-0 lead against a very good Halse United team who had bought a coach and several cars full of very noisy supporters. Right winger Jake Wardley opened the scoring with a good finish, followed by a well hit low drive from Kieran Sheed with his 13th goal of the season from midfield. Halse then pulled 1 back before Kieran Westburys 30 yard free kick flew into the top corner giving Halses keeper no chance (Kieran even had the cheek to complain to the ref about the ball before taking the kick) that was his 23rd of the season again from midfield. With 4 seconds of the first half left Halse took a free kick which took a deflection off of a Jets defender to make it 3-2 at the break...

The big match is at Cogenhoe on March 29th and kick off is at 2.00 pm.

Update – February 2015

Over the last few months the club’s Executive Committee have held a series of meetings to identify a long term development plan. This is with the aim of the club moving to Chartered Standard Development Status and the increased prestige that goes with that and associated benefits such as access to coaching mentor visits.

The club’s development plan has focussed on 7 particular areas:-
• Growth and Retention
• Raising Standards and Addressing Abusive Behaviour
• Better Players
• Running the Game
• Workforce Development
• Facility Development
• Promotion

KJYFC Annual Tournament – Thank You from Our Chairman!!!

Just a quick note to say well done and thank you for your help in delivering another successful tournament again this year. Also a big thank you on behalf of the club to all your families who put in a shifts on teas & coffees, sweets stalls, car parking, litter clearing etc. – It’s hard work but the kids enjoy playing together once a year and it’s a great chance to show case who we are as a club.

If anyone has any thoughts or comments as to how we can make it easier to run next year please add to the list whilst things are fresh in our minds – all the little refinements make is easier each year.
